Place of Working : Physically needed at Bayan Baru, Pulau Pinang

Working Hours : 10am – 7 pm ( 5 working days)


 Job Description

The E-Commerce Executive is responsible for managing and growing Gdora’s online sales channels, including website and marketplaces. This role is hands-on and execution-driven, covering daily operations, online campaigns, order fulfilment coordination, and customer experience to support overall sales growth.

 Roles & Responsibilities

  1. E-Commerce Operations
    • Manage product listings, pricing, stock updates, and content on website and marketplaces (e.g. Shopee, TikTok Shop)
    • Ensure product information is accurate, updated, and aligned with brand standards
    • Monitor daily online sales performance

  1. Livestream Management
    • Oversee the planning and execution of livestreams and manage monthly live schedule.
    • Recruit, train and manage live hosts, ensuring they are equipped with product knowledge and audience engagement strategies.
    • Adjust livestream offers and product displays in real-time to boost conversion rates.
    • Track livestream metrics such as viewer count, engagement rate, and sales performance to inform future strategies.


  2. Order & Fulfilment Management
    • Oversee daily online orders and ensure timely processing
    • Coordinate with packing, logistics, and courier teams
    • Handle delivery issues, returns, and order discrepancies
  1. Customer Experience
    • Respond to customer enquiries via e-commerce platforms, WhatsApp, and social media
    • Provide after-sales support and resolve customer issues professionally
    • Ensure positive online customer experience and reviews


  2. Campaign & Promotion Execution
    • Execute online promotions, vouchers, bundles, and festive campaigns
    • Support marketing activities such as product launches and flash sales
    • Assist in coordinating campaigns with marketing or management team


  3. Reporting & Analysis
    • Prepare daily and weekly reports on sales, orders, and stock
    • Track campaign performance and suggest basic improvements
    • Maintain records using Google Sheets or internal systems


  4. Platform & Website Maintenance
    • Ensure website and marketplace storefronts are updated and well maintained
    • Flag technical issues and liaise with relevant vendors or internal teams
    • Support basic content updates such as banners and product highlights

 

Requirement

  1. Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field
  2. Minimum 1–2 years experience in e-commerce or online sales operations
  3. Familiar with platforms such as Shopee, TikTok Shop, , WooCommerce, or similar
  4. Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks
  5. Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset
  6. Able to work independently in a fast-paced SME environment
